Eligible Cases for a Refund

We accept refund requests in the following cases:

  • Corrupt or Unfixable Files: If the downloaded file is corrupt, missing, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement, you may request a refund.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same product, we will keep the first transaction and refund the duplicate charges.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • You have already downloaded and used the file but no longer need it.
  • You purchased the wrong product or did not review the product details before purchasing.
  • The product is not compatible with your software or operating system.

No Refund for Incorrect Email Addresses

  • It is important that you provide a correct and valid email address when placing an order. We require the email to send you the download link for your purchased files. If you provide an incorrect email address or an email address that is unable to receive emails (e.g., typo, misspelling, or invalid domain), and you fail to return to the Thank You page to download the files, we cannot offer a refund.
  • If you open a dispute claiming you did not receive the file, but the email address you provided is incorrect or undeliverable, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

However, if you notice the issue with your email address and contact us before opening a dispute, we will be happy to resend the file to the correct email address.

Our Support Commitment

If your downloaded file is faulty (corrupt, incomplete, or not opening properly), we will assist you by:

  • Sending a new replacement file if an issue is found during the download.
  • Providing technical support if you experience any difficulties using the file.

If a dispute is opened via PayPal or Stripe without prior contact, we reserve the right to deny the refund under all circumstances.
