At VoloArt, we strive to provide high-quality digital design files for our customers. Since our products are digital and available for instant download, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase is completed. However, we do offer exchanges under certain conditions.
Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes errors can occur. We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- If the file is corrupt or damaged and cannot be used.
- If you accidentally purchased the wrong file, we can exchange it for a different file of equal value within 7 days of purchase.
- If you receive a duplicate order, we can exchange one of the duplicate items for another product of equal value.
